In-room dining: see the Room Service menu or contact the restaurant (618). Swimming in the sea: stay out of the water when a red or black flag is flying, take care when the orange flag is up, and follow the lifeguards' instructions.

House rules
- Show your ID card or passport and a valid visa (if applicable) at check-in.
- Do not bring weapons, toxic substances, explosives or flammable materials into the room.
- Always lock your door and use the safety latch when you are in the room or leaving it.
- Do not cook or bring outside food into the room.
- Inform Reception before changing rooms, adding guests to your stay or receiving visitors; visitors may go up to rooms 08:00 – 21:00 and must register with ID at Reception.
- Pets are not allowed in guest rooms.
- Never smoke in bed; smoke only in designated areas.
- Keep valuables in the safe.
- Return your key to Reception at check-out.
- Do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony railing.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Guests are responsible for compensating the resort for any property or equipment lost or damaged through their actions.
- Read the evacuation map and fire safety instructions behind your door as soon as you check in.
